For eight years, Josh has stood as the fearless guardian of Captain Pizza in Berkeley. Now the full-time manager, he ensures that every pizza that leaves our lair is top-tier. His superpower? A laser-sharp focus on quality and a sixth sense for the perfect crust-to-topping ratio.

Calvin has been battling blandness for years. As the owner of Gerringong Pizza and co-owner of Captain Pizza, he’s fought tirelessly to ensure every bite is worthy of a hero’s feast. Whether in Berkeley or Corrimal, his mission remains the same: crafting the best, most gourmet pizza in town. His motto?  "Saving the world from average pizza!"

Once an engineer, now a food mastermind, Emma has traded blueprints for basil and spreadsheets for sauce. She’s co-manager of Captain Pizza and will be holding down the fort at our new Corrimal location along with Tess. She loves to chat, so swing by and say hi—just don’t expect to leave without a pizza in hand!

Tess is our adventure-loving co-manager at Captain Pizza Corrimal. When she’s not spinning dough, she’s chasing sunsets, camping under the stars, or cruising down coastlines with a playlist full of bangers. She’s passionate about great food, great people, and her all-time favourite pizza—the Flaming Flamingo. Drop by and say hey—she’ll make sure your pizza (and your day) is top-tier!
