  • Only orders placed through the Captain Pizza app earn tiers, points and stamps.

  • First, double-check two things in the app:

    1. Birthday saved? Go to Profile → Personal Details and make sure your correct date of birth is entered. No DOB, no voucher.

    2. Tier 8 reached? Birthday pizzas unlock only once you’re at Tier 8. Your tier shows under Promotions in the app
